Our Story

Blu was a ringneck parrot — blue, loud, certain she ran the house. For years she was the first hello in the morning and the last goodnight. She was my best friend.

When she passed away suddenly one day, I had a choice: sit inside the grief, or channel it into something good. Blu Codeworks is what I chose — a small independent studio in Tasmania, named after her.

We build things that look after the ones you love. Scam Rakshak watches over someone's mother or father, so a stranger on the phone can't take what they've saved. Tiny Planet is on its way, so nobody has to journey alone.

That's the whole story. I lost my best friend, and I chose to make something good out of it.
